Disk Skimmers

Mighty Mini® Belt Skimmers
MIGHTY MINI® BELT SKIMMERS offer all the benefits of the RENEW BELT SKIMMERS, but in a stainless steel model with a built-in timer included. As the belt (steel or polymer) rotates through the oily wastewater, the oil adheres to both sides of the belt. This is then scraped off by a pair of tandem wipers for discharge. Tote It® Belt Skimmers
TOTE IT® BELT SKIMMERS are especially well suited for parts washing and machining center applications. By removing surface oil from the oily wastewater, it also reduces bacteria build up. Steel and elastomer are the standard belt materials. Call for other sizes, accessories and replacement parts.

PetroXtractor® Skimmers
The PETROXTRACTOR® is a dependable and cost effective means of removing oil, fuel, and other floating hydrocarbons from water where access to the fluid surface is limited. It provides efficient remediation of groundwater contaminated by oil, using existing recovery and monitoring wells. Depths of 100 feet or more can be accommodated without the use of pumps. Model 4 Oil Grabber Skimmer
MODELl 4 OIL GRABBER SKIMMERS are designed for tougher conditions where larger volumes of oil need to be removed. The tail pulley is free hanging and belts (steel and elastomer are standard) can be 100' long. For belt lengths greater than 10' long, a Yoke & Chain Assembly together with the Tether Assembly is strongly recommended for greater stability. Grease Grabber Skimmer
The GREASE GRABBER SKIMMER is designed for extremely demanding applications, such as drainage pits in primary metal mills, where heavy loads of grease and oil accumulate. This skimmer is designed to handle liquids between 0° C and  100° C, with pH between 1 and 13. The grease is rolled off into a heated hopper, which maintains fluidity for easy drainage through a 4" ID discharge port. Call for other sizes, accessories and replacement parts.  

Viper Tube Skimmer
The OIL VIPER TUBE SKIMMER is a surface oil skimmer that effectively removes floating surface oils by means of a oleophilic (oil attracting) 3/4 inch diameter continuous looped tube. The tube extends out over the surface of the tank or pit and collects the free floating oils. It has a unique wiper combination attached to the tube itself in addition to the ceramic wiper on the skimmer. The result is a virtually oil free tube as it leaves the oil skimmer for quicker oil removal.

Oil Concentrator
As surface oil is reduced to a thin layer (1/16 inch thick or less), more water (or coolant) may be picked up along with the oil. When used in tandem with an oil skimmer, the OIL CONCENTRATOR solves this problem by providing final phase separation. The result is water (or coolant) available for recycling, and virtually water-free oil for disposal. Installed at the discharge end of the oil skimmer, the Concentrator comes complete with mounting bracket, removable sludge screen and drain plug for easy cleaning.
